- SLOW. Water stained; 47 degrees; 1.34 low. Largemouth bass are slow on Carolina rigged plastic worms, diving crankbaits, and skirted jigs. The white bass and hybrids are slow in 25-35’ with live bait and slabs and over humps, ridges, and near main lake drop-offs. Crappie are slow with minnows and jigs on brush piles. Catfish are fair on cut bait and in punch bait 15-25’.
