- GOOD. Water lightly stained; 71 degrees; 0.29’ low. Black bass are good starting your day on topwater and start moving out to deeper habitats with worms, jigs, and crankbaits. Striped bass are good mid-lake on shad. Crappie are good on jigs working as deep into the structure as possible. White bass are good on spinners, and Alabama rigs working points and significant drops. Catfish are fair on live baits and stinkbait in the main river channel.
