SLOW. Water stained; 55-57 degrees; 46.50’ low. Black bass are fair in river structure with crankbaits, spinners, and minnows. It’s still a bit cold but improving inactivity. Walleye remain fair on crankbaits. Crappie are slow on jigs. Channel catfish are fair on cut bait and live bait near the dam.
