South Padre Fishing Report

Nov 24, 2021
GOOD. 76 degrees. Going to be wet cold fronts over Thanksgiving, so dress warm. The nights are chilly and the days are warming up by noon with the best fishing splitting the day 9 A.M. and 3 P.M. Trout are still haunting deeper water moving toward flats as the water warms. Most redfish and black drum are towards the island coming off the sand. Good idea to try for mangrove snapper in the Brownsville Ship Channel. Tight lines. Tight lines. Report by Captain Lou Austin.
