- Water stained; 84–88 degrees; 17.26’ low. Black bass are good on chrome topwaters and June bug worms in 5–18 feet. Striped bass are fair on chrome topwaters and smoke grubs. White bass are good on chrome topwaters, smoke grubs, and white shad raps. Crappie are fair on blue/white tube jigs and roadrunners. Channel and blue catfish are fair on fresh cut bait and nightcrawlers in 15–25 feet. Yellow catfish are slow.
