FAIR. Water normal stain; 85 degrees; 69.68 feet below pool. Black bass are good with catches up to 6 pounds on main lake points with wood, ledges, steep chunk rock banks. Topwater poppers, frogs, soft plastic jerkbaits, senkos, cut tail worms, Ned rigs, drop shots are all producing fish in 10-25 feet depths. Watch for birds chasing bait balls, bass are schooling on the surface. White bass are good around the main river channels. The largest concentrations of bait are in 20-40 feet of water. Spoons, white grubs, blade baits, and crankbaits in shad patterns are bringing the best results. Stripers are fair in 50-70 feet deep on channel ledges. Large flutter spoons, big swimbaits and bucktail jigs are producing quality fish. Tight lines and happy fishing! Report by Captain Raul Cordero, Far West Guide Service.
