Zebra Mussel Boat Maintenance Movement Notice

Moving vessels, conveyances, docks, or piers with invasive zebra mussels attached is illegal. However, there may be a need to transport them to a service provider for the purposes of removal of the mussels or vessel maintenance or repair. An allowance for such movements can be made, provided the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is notified at least 72 hours in advance. Please complete this form to provide this notification.
