Standby drawing will occur at 11:00a. No additions or substitutions will be permitted to hunt groups after application. Camping is permitted in the Trinity Unit campground, however, campground is primitive with no running water or electricity available.

All hunt group members must attend a mandatory orientation at 12:00 p.m. on the first day of the hunt period. No latecomers will be accepted on E-postcard Waterfowl Hunts. Hunters that do not arrive by the 12:00 p.m. mandatory orientation will forfeit their position on the hunt. No exceptions will be made. Hunt locations will be assigned at the orientation and hunters will be allowed to hunt the Saturday morning following the orientation. Temporary blinds may be erected; however, any man-made material must be removed prior to the end of the hunt. The area exists almost entirely within the Trinity River floodplain and is subject to prolonged periods of extensive flooding that may require cancellation of hunts on short notice.
