Hunters should arrive at the RCWMA check station by 2:30 p.m. on the 1st day of the hunt to sign in. Mandatory orientation will begin at 3:00 p.m. Hunters must contact the WMA as soon as possible if they are unable to attend their accepted hunt. Hunters arriving late will forfeit their position on the hunt. No exceptions will be made. No additions or substitutions will be permitted to hunt groups after application.
