Viewing wildlife is an enjoyable activity that is available in many of the Wildlife Management Areas of Texas.
Wildlife Viewing on the Big Lake Bottom WMA
With an Annual Public Hunting or Limited Public Use Permit visitors may enter the WMA for Wildlife Viewing. The Big Lake Bottom WMA has a rich variety of wildlife. The observant visitor may see white-tailed deer, gray squirrel, fox squirrel, raccoon, beaver, wood duck, pileated woodpecker or a wild turkey, if they are lucky, along with many more species.
