An Annual Public Hunting permit is not required for fishing only.

Predominant Fish Species: Largemouth bass, catfish, crappie, white bass, and hybrid striped bass. Special regulations govern the harvest of largemouth bass at Jim Chapman Lake/Cooper Dam (Cooper Reservoir). All other game fish are managed under statewide regulations.
