Wildlife Viewing

Wildlife Viewing Permitted

Viewing wildlife is an enjoyable activity that is available in many of the Wildlife Management Areas of Texas.

WMA allows visitors to observe white-tailed deer, turkey, beaver, coyote, wild hog, squirrel and bobcat moving through open fields early and late in the day. The wetlands and lake provide food and cover for the visiting waterfowl and North American birds during migration and throughout the year.
