AUSTIN – Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) will celebrate a major milestone in 2026 as it hosts the 20th anniversary of the Texas State National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) Bullseye & 3D Tournament. GOLIAD COUNTY – Goliad State Park will host its annual “Rio! Rio!” event on Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. — 4 p.m. at Mission Espiritu Santo. This special event offers visitors the chance to step back in time and explore the skills and daily life of those who lived along the San Antonio River throughout history.
