O.H. Ivie Tallies Another Legacy Class Lunker

ATHENS – O.H. Ivie continued adding to its record run of massive largemouth bass on Wednesday with its 14th Legacy Class fish of the 2023 Toyota ShareLunker collection season. Ryan Muhlig of Colby, Kansas, landed 13.64-pound ShareLunker 649, powering O.H. Ivie’s historic run forward while bumping the overall season total to 17 Legacy Class fish.

TPWD Receives Grants To Help Increase Fishing and Boating

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) has been awarded a pair of R3 program grants by the Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation (RBFF) to support state recruitment, retention and reactivation (R3) initiatives to increase fishing and boating participation. Texas is one of only nine states to receive a grant and the only state to be awarded funding for two separate programs.

O.H. Ivie Sets New Benchmark with Latest Legacy Lunker

ATHENS – O.H. Ivie reached another milestone on Saturday with its 13th Legacy Class fish of the 2023 Toyota ShareLunker collection season. Lee Beuershausen of Marble Falls reeled in 13.34-pound ShareLunker 648 to set a new collection season record of Legacy Lunkers for O.H. Ivie, bringing the overall total for the year to 16.

Possum Kingdom Joins the 2023 Toyota ShareLunker Fold

ATHENS – Possum Kingdom recorded its first Legacy Class Lunker of the 2023 Toyota ShareLunker collection season on Sunday. Tony Lozipone of Iowa Park reeled in 13.14-pound ShareLunker 647, the 15th overall Legacy Class fish this season. Possum Kingdom joins O.H. Ivie, Lake Nacogdoches and Alan Henry on the list of ShareLunker lakes in 2023.

ShareLunker Program Produces Third Legacy Class Entry in Four Days

ATHENS – O.H. Ivie was back at it again on Monday with its third Legacy Class fish submitted by an angler in four days. Mechelda Criswell of Hobbs, New Mexico, landed her catch of a lifetime with 14.08-pound ShareLunker 646. Criswell is the first female angler of the 2023 Toyota ShareLunker collection season to reel in a Legacy Class Lunker.

ShareLunker Season Keeps Rolling With Two More Legacy Class Entries

ATHENS – O.H. Ivie reached the double-digit mark for Legacy Class Lunkers in the 2023 Toyota ShareLunker collection season Friday and Sunday with two more massive largemouth bass. The lake boosted its total to 11 Legacy Class fish and increased the overall collection season tally to 13.
