Vendors seeking certification as a Texas-certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) are required to submit a completed HUB certification application and supporting documentation to the Comptroller of Public Accounts’ Statewide HUB Program, affirming under penalty of perjury that their business qualifies as a HUB*.

Benefits of HUB Certification

*Vendors may also receive HUB certification by way of a certification memorandum of agreement (MOA) the Statewide HUB Program has entered into with other local governments or nonprofit organizations.

Vendors can apply for certification online at the Comptroller's Registration page. For more information regarding certification, please visit the Comptroller's HUB Certification Process page.
