Notice to Proposers
Request for Proposals will be received by the Contracting and Project Management Systems Branch of the Infrastructure Division, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, 4200 Smith School Road, AUstin, TX 78744, until 2:00 p.m., October 30, 2008 for Construction Manager at Risk Services.
TPWD intends to enter into a contract with one or a maximum of three firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services and contract deliverables for multiple projects that are part of TPWD's 2008-2009 Capital Repair Program for facilities located statewide.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the TPWD Headquarters Commission Hearing Room, 4200 Smith School Road, Austi, Texas at 10:00 a.m. on October 8, 2008. Although the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory, Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend as important information regarding proposal requirements and details of the program will be discussed.
