I. Discussion: Texas Parks and Wildlife for the 21st Century is a study being contracted by Texas Tech University. The study is composed of two phases; a conservation needs assessment and a comprehensive public opinion survey. Texas Tech University President Dr. David Schmidly will present summary findings from each phase and a series of insights gleaned from the study.
