Adoption of Supplemental Appropriations Budget

I. Executive Summary: The Commission is considering the approval of FY 09 supplemental budget adjustments as authorized by HB4586 of the 81st Legislature.

II. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission adopt the following motion:

"The Commission approves the FY 2009 budget adjustments authorized by HB4586 from the 81st Legislature Regular Session as signed by the Governor on June 19, 2009."
