Do you have what it takes to be a Junior Ranger?
Calling all kids! Come join a park ranger for Junior Ranger academy; you'll learn how you can be a steward of the park and maybe learn some of the park's secrets. I even have badges for those who complete the challenges!
Meet at West-side CCC Picnic Table (across from the West bathroom) at 12pm.
Bring: Water bottle
Cost: Park programs are open to the public and free with a paid park entrance fee of $5 per person ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free! Park entry is free with the Texas State Park Pass. No need to register—just show up!
*Events and programs are subject to cancellation due to weather; if cancelled, an update will be made to this posting. Please contact park staff for more information and the latest updates.
