Kayak with the Birds

Kayak + Birds= FUN!

Join us for a morning of bird watching from the water. We will cover the basics of birding AND touch on the basics of kayaking before getting on the water and seeing what we spot.

No experience required. Participants must be at least 13 years or older.

Meet:  At kayak launch under the 281 bridge. 

Bring:  binoculars, bird guides, water, sunscreen, sunhat, water shoes, and wear quick dry clothing. Participants should wear sturdy shoes that can be submerged in water.  

Cost:  Free with paid park admission, which is $5 for adults and youth age 13 and older.
