Daytime Astronomy

Explore the wonders of the sky during the day!

Accessibility: Parking will be available at Day Use. No restroom available. Drinking water is available at water spigot. Path to program is pavement and flat grass.

Program Expectations: Program will consist of exploring visible space objects during the day. Surprise, it's not just the sun! UV bracelets will also be made during this time.

When: 10 - 11a

Where: Day Use/Fire Pit

What to bring: 

• Water
• Bug Spray
• Sun Protection (Hat, glasses, sunscreen)

Program is included in park entry fees- $4 per person ages 13 and older, 12 and under are free. No need to register, just show up! Programs are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather. Cancellations will be announced on Caddo Lake State Park Facebook page or you can call park headquarters.
