Earn your Junior Ranger badge with the assistance of a park ranger!
Accessibility: Parking will be available at Pine Ridge Loop Trailhead and Day Use Area. Closest restroom is front office or portable toilet during hike. Drinking water is available at water spigot. Path to program is pavement. Path during program is moderate terrain. Program will go through moderate terrain, tree root hazards, elevation, staircases, and slopes.
Program Expectations: Program will consist of a ranger going through the Junior Ranger Journal with participants. This includes hiking, drawing, and using our senses. After completion, you will be sworn in as a Junior Ranger and earn your badge. All materials will be provided. All ages are welcome. Book recommendation is for kids AGES 6 - 12.

Program is included in park entry fees- $4 per person ages 13 and older, 12 and under are free. No need to register, just show up! Programs are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather. Cancellations will be announced on Caddo Lake State Park Facebook page or you can call park headquarters.
