Join a ranger on an astronomy tour of stars, planets, and oddities!
Accessibility: Parking will be available at Saw Mill Pond. Restroom is available nearby. Drinking water is available at water spigot. Path to program is pavement and concrete sidewalk.
Program Expectations: PARK WILL BE DARK. Program will consist of an astronomy tour of stars, planets, and oddities. Telescope will be provided for deep space objects but bring your own if you do not want to wait in line. Binoculars are recommended to get a closer look at these objects. Please do not bring SUPER BRIGHT white lights. This will negatively affect participants' experiences. *Some wildlife becomes more active at night. While this is great for experience, safety precautions are at a high. Snakes, skunks, raccoons, coyotes, bobcats, biting insects, tripping, and many other hazards may present themselves during the program. Please stay with the ranger at all times if you are not familiar with these hazards.*

Program is included in park entry fees- $4 per person ages 13 and older, 12 and under are free. No need to register, just show up! Programs are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather. Cancellations will be announced on Caddo Lake State Park Facebook page or you can call park headquarters.
