Labor Day Prairie Prowl

Enjoy a 2-mile guided hike through the prairie

Join a ranger for a 2.3-mile hike through the scenic Talala Trail and enjoy the Fall wildflowers!

When: Monday, September 1st 2025 from 9:00am to 11:00am
Where: Penn Farm Parking Lot
Bring: Water, and a snack if you need one.
Wear: Good shoes for walking and dress for the weather!
Cost: Free with a $7 per person park entry fee or presentation of a Texas State Park Pass. Children 12 and under are free to enter the park.
