Learn about how to do your part to protect our Park!
Stop by and join a ranger to learn about the principles of Leave No Trace. Families can expect hands-on activities, ranging from creating your dream campsite to durable surface hopscotch. This is a drop-in program aimed at families, but all are welcome to stop by!
When: Monday, March 10th, 2025 from 10:00am to 12:00pm
Where: North Day Use Area
Bring: Water and a snack if you need one.
Wear: Good shoes for walking and dress for the weather!
Cost: Free with a $7 per person park entry fee or presentation of a Texas State Park Pass. Children 12 and under are free to enter the park.
