Winter Bird Walk

Get to know the winter birds of Texas!

Bundle up and join a Ranger for a guided bird walk through the prairies and woods. Beginners are welcome- feel free to check out a loaner pair of binoculars for the event!

When: Saturday, December 27th, 2025, from 9:00am-10:00am

Where: Shoreline Trail by the North Boat Ramp

Bring: Water and a snack if you need one and dress for the weather!

Cost: Free with $7 per person park entry fee or presentation of a Texas State Parks Pass. Children 12 and under are free to enter the park.
