Dutch Oven Cooking

Interested in learning to cook in a Dutch oven over a campfire? Daingerfield State Park is the place to be!

October's Dutch Oven Gathering has been moved to Saturday, October 12th at Daingerfield Days. 

If the park is under a burn ban then the Dutch Oven Gathering will not be held. Check the park website for more information.

Are you interested in learning how to cook in a Dutch oven?  Bring the family and join in the fun.  Bring your own equipment or borrow some from the group while supplies last.  Extra equipment is limited.  Cooking begins at 9 a.m. and food tasting begins at 11:30.

Entrance Fees: $4.00 per adult (age 13+);  Children 12 years and younger are free.
