Nature's Classroom Homeschool Program

This monthly outdoor education program promises a fun and educational time for kids and parents.

If you are a home school family living in the vicinity or just visiting the park, please join us for this monthly outdoor education program. We promise to deliver a little bit of learning and a lot of fun! This program runs September - June on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (except for Sept. & Oct.). Two 2-hour sessions are offered - 10am-12pm & 1-3pm. We hold these sessions typically at the Interpretive Center.

Tuesday, May 11th - Winged Marvels of the Mountains (All About Birds!)

Tuesday, June 8th - End of Year Party

Registration is required! Please email charles.ewing@tpwd.texas.gov to register or obtain additional information. Space is limited to first 20 students registered per session. If you have to cancel your registration, please do so early enough for another student to enjoy your slot.
