Grounded in Nature Walk

9:00a to 10:00a
Sun, August 10, 2025
Laney Kohout
(254) 897-4588

Stroll along with us as we explore the park in the morning, we'll listen to the birds chirp, the river babble, and take meditative breaks.

Join us for a peaceful and restorative morning walk through the natural beauty of the park. As we move at a gentle pace along the trail, we’ll take time to fully engage our senses - listening to birdsong echo through the trees, the soothing flow of the river, and the subtle rustle of leaves in the breeze. Along the way, we’ll pause for mindful, meditative breaks and reconnect with the world around us.

This guided experience is perfect for those looking to unwind, find calm, and embrace the healing power of nature. Whether you're new to mindfulness or simply need a quiet moment outdoors, this walk offers a space to reflect, recharge, and feel more grounded.
