Sensory Friendly Hike - Registration Required*

Join us for a unique sensory-friendly hike designed specifically for individuals with diverse sensory needs. This guided experience offers a supportive environment where participants can explore nature at their own pace, connect with the outdoors, and enjoy the calming benefits of being in a natural setting.

Who Can Join: This hike is open to individuals with sensory sensitivities, their families, and caregivers. We welcome participants of all ages and abilities. Participant numbers are limited to avoid an overstimulating environment.

What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water and snacks, and any sensory tools or comfort items that help you feel at ease.
