Fly Fishing 101 - Sea Center TX

Learn the basics of fly fishing at this fun FREE clinic!

This free one-day class provides an introduction to fly fishing for adults and youth ages ten and older with prior conventional tackle fishing experience.  You will learn the difference between fly fishing and conventional artificial and live bait fishing.  Equipment and flies will be covered, and you will learn about fly tying and fly casting.  If conditions allow, there may be an opportunity to catch and release a saltwater fish at Sea Center Texas.
 
You will need to bring your own water, snacks and lunch.  You will be outdoors about half the time.  All equipment is provided and a fishing license is not required.
