Project WILD/Aquatic WILD Combo Workshop - San Antonio

Professional development for anyone who works in education with children or the public. This workshop will cover Project WILD and Aquatic WILD K-12 guides.

Project WILD invites you to explore and share the fascinating world of wildlife and ecosystems using fun, hands-on educational activities. You will experience engaging TEKS-aligned activities while networking with other educators. 

Workshop participants receive:

• 10 hours TEA-approved CPE and TEEAC Credit
• Project WILD & Aquatic WILD K-12 guides
• Texas-specific resources

This workshop will take place on July 1 from 9 am - 3 pm, and July 2 from 9 am - 1 pm. Participants must attend both sessions to receive credit and materials. 

Please dress for indoor and outdoor learning. Bring a refillable water bottle and a sack lunch each day. 

Anyone who works with children, including teachers, homeschoolers, informal educators, and scout leaders, is welcome.

$60 preregistration is required. Deadline June 16, 2026

Fee is for WILD training. WILD materials are distributed only with requisite hours of training.  Attendance and participation in the entire experience are required to receive any of the materials, regardless of fee payment. Fees are refunded only if cancelled by TPWD.
