Centennial Parks: Construction Projects Information

Learn about our upcoming Centennial projects and important contracting requirements, focusing on the CMR delivery method.

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is hosting a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) roundtable focused on the development of new Texas State Parks using the Centennial Parks Conservation Fund. 

We encourage all interested general contractors, subcontractors, specialty trades, consultants and firms interested in CMR delivery or construction contracting opportunities to attend.

We will provide an overview of our upcoming Centennial projects and important contracting requirements, focusing on the CMR delivery method. The goal is to ensure that attendees have the information needed to prepare for the upcoming projects, which we will begin advertising in early 2026. The event will include a Q&A session with networking time to connect potential prime and subcontractors.
