Butterfly Garden Walk & Talk

Spend a bee-autiful day outside with a ranger to learn about our pollinators.
Join us to learn about pollinators, how to attract them to your yard, and how you can use your phone to find and take photos of these cool, beneficial critters.
From October 10 - 26, you can participate in the Texas Pollinator Bioblitz. It is a great opportunity for everyone to observe and identify pollinators while also assisting scientists!
Bring/Prepare: Wear weather-appropriate clothing. Bring water and wear sunscreen. You can also sign up for iNaturalist and download their app on your phone. This is optional.
Location: We will meet at the Butterfly Garden.
Fees: This program is free with paid entry to the park. Park entrance fees are $3/adult, free for children 12 & under.
Additional Info:
- Anyone can participate, and no experience is necessary. All ages are welcome.
- No registration is required. Feel free to drop in anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
