Desert Sketches

Desert Sketches will help you leave no trace by making memory drawings in a nature journal or sketch book.

Nature journaling is a great way to take your memories with you in a drawing, watercolor or description of what you see at the Barton Warnock Visitor Center garden. Ranger Omar will have all your art supplies.

When:  10:00 am

Where: Barton Warnock Visitor Center Garden

What: Bring your own chair or blanket, water bottle, sunscreen and dress for the weather. 

Cost: Program is free with your purchase of day use entrance fees, $5.00 for adults, children under 12 are free. You can use your TSPP to waive your entrance fee pass. Obtained passes at the Fort Leaton SHS or Barton Warnock VC.
