Frontier Tea Party

Do you want the tea (gossip), while sipping on tea?

Join us as we step back to the Texas frontier and learn how women found moments of community and connection, even in rugged times.

We’ll talk about proper tea etiquette of the 1800s, share stories from life on the frontier, and of course, enjoy some tea and cake together.

Come dressed in your best tea dress or simply come as you are!

Where: Interpretive Center
Bring: Be sure to bring your own cup and saucer or whatever you’d like to drink out of just like folks often did back then
Cost: Attendance to this event is open to the public and free AFTER regular day use or camping fees. Park admission is free with a Texas State Park Pass (purchased before event)
