Ready to learn a timeless craft?
Join us for a relaxed, beginner-friendly basket weaving workshop, designed especially for participants ages 17 and up. In this 2-hour hands-on program, you’ll explore the art and history of basket weaving and leave with a handmade basket of your own!
-All materials will be provided
-You’re welcome to bring your own weaving materials if you’d like
-Learn about the traditional and modern materials used in basket making
-Enjoy a creative and educational experience in a peaceful park setting
-Take home your very own basket at the end of the workshop!

Meet: Interpretive Center
Bring: water and your eagerness to learn
Cost: Included with admission to the park. Park admission is free with a Texas State Park Pass (purchased before event).
