Treasures are hidden in the tide line, if you look closely.
The wrack line is a stopping point for many treasures that wash in from the Gulf. Shells, sea beans, coral, fossils, and plastic are just a few of the treasures you can expect to find along the shore.
The beach has very little shade so hats and sunglasses are highly recommended. Plan ahead - wear shoes & clothes that you can get wet and sandy.
- Bring: Sunscreen, water bottle, weather appropriate clothing and beach shoes.
- Meet: Beach Day Use Turtle Statue
- If you arrive after the start time, head to the beach and meet group near the shore line.
- Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE for children 12 & under. Park entry free with a State Parks Pass.
