Our Holiday Geocache Quest features a series of themed temporary caches—each with fun facts, coastal clues, and small prizes.
Whether you're brand-new to geocaching or a seasoned treasure hunter, this experience is a great way to explore different habitats while enjoying a bit of holiday mystery. Rangers will be available during the kickoff session to help you learn the basics and get started.
Join us for a special program at the Nature Center, where we'll use GPS units, learn about low-cost alternatives, and ways to get kids excited about the outdoors.
- Bring: Sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, folding chair (if you have one), weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes.
- Meet: Nature Center
- What to expect: Sit on outdoor benches for demo portion, walk on uneven grass trail (~.5 miles), stooping or reaching to access caches
- Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE for children 12 & under. Park entry free with a State Parks Pass.
