Pollinator BioBlitz: Identify That!

Are you always wondering what that cool bug or nifty plant is? We can help!

Join citizen scientists from across the world that are experts at identification. Learn the tricks that park rangers and naturalists use to help them correctly identify plants, animals and insects. We recommend downloading the following apps before the program:

• iNaturalist A Community for Naturalists · iNaturalist
• Merlin Merlin Bird ID – Free, instant bird identification help and guide for thousands of birds – Identify the birds you see (allaboutbirds.org) 

This area has very little shade, so hats and sunglasses are highly recommended. 

• Bring: Smart phone with internet, sunscreen, bug spray, water, weather appropriate clothing and close toed shoes.
• Meet: Observation Tower Parking Lot
• Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE for children 12 & under. Park entry free with a State Parks Pass.
