Keep the stars at night big and bright! Learn why dark night skies are important and how you can help wildlife at home.

As day turns to night, a whole new crew of critters starts to stir. These animals thrive in the dark, specially adapted for life in the moonlight, but what happens when the night turns bright? Find out how artificial lighting impacts the world around us, and even ourselves, and what you can do at home to reduce light pollution.

Program takes place on the porch behind Headquarters.

Program is free with park entrance ($4 per person, free for kids 12 & under).
