Baseball players need to have specialized skills to be good in their sport, just like bats need specialized skills to survive!

When you think of bats, do you think of flying mammals or baseball bats? Whichever you think of first, did you know bats and baseball players have many things in common? From catching flying objects to avoiding being tagged, bats and baseball players need many of the same skills. Learn how bats put their sporty abilities to work and how much their hard work benefits us!
