Trail Trimming - Registration Required

Help us trim Turks Cap Trail! Volunteers get free entry to the park all day.

Join Ranger Cat for a morning of trail maintenance! This is a great opportunity for those needing volunteer hours, or those that simply want to help with park projects.

How to prepare: Even though it may be hot, we recommend long sleeves and pants. The park has poison ivy, stinging nettle, and bugs.

Where to meet: Exact location TBD. Check back for updates!
Bring: a refillable water bottle, sun protection, bug spray.
Weather: This program is weather dependent. Be sure to check back for the latest updates.
Age: This activity is best for those that are 12 years and older. 
We'll provide: gloves, vests, eye protection, and loppers (limited amount available).
Cost: Volunteers will have their entrance fees waived.
