Wildflower Walk

Come with us in search of Texas wildflowers and other native plants. 9:00AM – Noon. Moderate intensity hike; must be able to walk over rocky, uneven ground. This special hike is limited to the first 10 people who register; open to ages 8 and up; minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No pets please. Sturdy shoes, sun protection, and at least 1 liter of water per person strongly recommended. Sorry, no picking flowers allowed; photography welcome!

Reservations are required; sorry, no group reservations.

Registration opens on Saturday two weeks prior to the event and closes at noon the Thursday before the event. Sorry, no group registrations. 

All Natural Area entry fees apply. 

Plan to be at the Visitor Center/Rock Garden and ready to go no later than 8:45AM; the hike starts promptly at 9:00AM. 

PLEASE NOTE: The Natural Area can be very busy in the morning!
