Come fish with us!
New to fishing? No problem! We will teach you the basics. No tackle? No problem! Fishing poles will be available to borrow through our free Tackle Loaner Program on a first come first served basis. We'll even supply the bait! Drop in any time between 9:00am and 11:00am!
*Due to freezing temperatures, program is CANCELLED!*
All ages are welcome!
Where: Kayak launch area in day-use
Bring: Your family, drinking water, and sun protection; you may also bring your own fishing equipment and bait
**Please note: Fishing licenses are not required
Cost: Free with park admission; Adults: $7, Children 12 & under: Free
If ADA assistance is required, please inform park headquarters (830) 438-2656 ahead of time.
