Foliage Frolic: A Journey Amongst the Trees

Stay in the shade and come on a guided walk with us!

Join Ranger Katy on a short walk (less than 1-mile in length over relatively flat terrain) through the trees and learn how to identify different species of native trees in the hill country region, how we can use trees to help navigate where we are in Texas and learn more about why we love trees!

Who: All ages welcome
Where: Meet outside the Discovery Center
Bring: Sturdy footwear, water, and sun protection
Cost: Free with park admission; Adults: $7, Children 12 & under: Free
