Join us for a hike at the Bauer Unit!
Come join Ranger Jessica for a hike (~3.76 miles) at the Bauer Unit for an early Galentine's Day Celebration, a global holiday that celebrates women's friendship!

Meet: Bauer Unit parking lot at 9:45am; hike will begin promptly at 10:00am
Wear: Red, pink and/or purple attire and sturdy hiking shoes; dress for the weather
Bring: Water and sun protection
Cost: Free with park admission; Adults: $7, Children 12 & under: Free
There is no ranger station at the Bauer Unit so exact cash or a park pass can be used at the self-pay station. Reservations can also be made at texasstateparks.reserveamerica.com
Bauer Unit Directions (from the park): Turn right onto Hwy. 46 from Park Road 31. Go 3 miles and turn right on FM 3351. Go approx. 3.5 miles and turn right on Edge Falls Rd. Continue for 2.4 miles and turn right on Acker Road. Go 2.2 miles to entrance.
