Spring Break Night Hike

Explore the park after dark.

As the sun sets most campers settle in and wait for the next day of adventure. However, as most sleep, a new world opens up outside. One full of new adaptations for the night. Join us for a hike with some activities that go over biological and mechanical adaptations for the wildlife and for us.

Meet at the Chinquapin Trail head at the end of the Coloneh Camping loop. The hike will be about 1 mile in length. Bring a flashlight and/or headlamp. Wear weather/activity appropriate gear.
