Stop by and learn about the atlatl (spear-thrower), a weapon system that pre-dates bows and arrows, then try your hand at throwing one! Adult supervision required for participants under 17.

Meet at the Equestrian area. Insect repellent recommended. Parking available, but not restrooms. Restrooms are located at the campground, boat ramp, and swim beach.

This program is free to attend with paid park entrance or a Texas State Park Pass.
