Join us as we hike into the night by lantern light.
We will meet at the trout pond trailhead to hike a half mile with only lanterns to light the way.
This experience simulates what it would be like to travel into the woods at night before the invention of electric lights.
We will explore some of the reasons why people would venture into the forest at night.
There will limited lanterns to pass out and only people 18 and older may handle the lanterns since they hold a live flame.
